• All bookings must be scheduled in advance
  
• Overtime will be billed at the hourly rate

• No smoking inside the studio — smoking is only allowed on the porch
  
• No drugs or alcohol inside the studio
  
• No open flames or hazardous materials
  
• Keep food and drinks away from equipment — food styling shoots are allowed in the studio and kitchen

• Backdrops, C-stands, lights, and cords must be handled with care
  
• Return all gear to its original place after use
  
• Notify staff immediately if something is damaged or not working

• Leave the studio in the same condition you found it
  
• Dispose of trash in bins provided
  
• Glitter and confetti are allowed with an extra clean-up fee

• Maximum of 12 people allowed in the studio at one time
  
• For larger e-commerce shoots, contact the studio prior to request permission for additional people
  
• Children and pets allowed only with prior notice and supervision

• Music is allowed during shoots
  
• For shoots going past 10pm, keep music at a lower volume out of respect for neighbors

• Nudity is allowed in the studio
  
• Explicit sexual activity is allowed only with prior permission

• Security cameras are in use, but only in the hallways — not inside the shooting space

• Renter is liable for any damage caused during the booking
  
• Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items
