Rules
Booking & Time

All bookings must be scheduled in advance
- Overtime will be billed at the hourly rate
Respect the Space
- No smoking inside the studio — smoking is only allowed on the porch
- No drugs or alcohol inside the studio
- No open flames or hazardous materials
- Keep food and drinks away from equipment — food styling shoots are allowed in the studio and kitchen
Equipment Use
- Backdrops, C-stands, lights, and cords must be handled with care
- Return all gear to its original place after use
- Notify staff immediately if something is damaged or not working
Cleanliness
- Leave the studio in the same condition you found it
- Dispose of trash in bins provided
- Glitter and confetti are allowed with an extra clean-up fee
Guests & Capacity
- Maximum of 12 people allowed in the studio at one time
- For larger e-commerce shoots, contact the studio prior to request permission for additional people
- Children and pets allowed only with prior notice and supervision
Noise & Courtesy
- Music is allowed during shoots
- For shoots going past 10pm, keep music at a lower volume out of respect for neighbors
Content Policy
- Nudity is allowed in the studio
- Explicit sexual activity is allowed only with prior permission
Security
- Security cameras are in use, but only in the hallways — not inside the shooting space
Responsibility
- Renter is liable for any damage caused during the booking
- Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items
